Astrology Weekend of Oct 22 and 23, 2011
by Curtis Burns,

After many delays, I finally was able to get out the astrology for this week.  As it usually goes though, the days I’m unable to get postings out nothing seems to be very significant.  However Saturday and Sunday this weekend seem to have rather significant developments astrologically.

Saturday, Oct 22
Sudden, unusual and important relationship developments may occur.  Interesting juxtapositions between friendship, possessiveness, love, and control may be highlighted also.  (Sun conjunct Juno, Venus sesquiquadrate Uranus)

Sunday, Oct 23
Action and the zeal to make things happen may take on very intense, but potentially significantly effective modes.  People may push the envelope, whether appropriately or not, and tact and subtlety may be the least concern on their minds.  Actions may spring from unconscious or repressed motives that refuse to be put down today.  (Mars sesquiquadrate Pluto)

March 2024: A World without Equinoxes or Solstices

In March we come to the Vernal Equinox, when for about a month night and day are of about equal length, hence the word equinox.  There is one day when they are exactly equal and that is the Vernal Equinox, March 20. It is thereafter that one starts to gain dominance, for the Northern Hemisphere it is the day, while in the Southern it is night.  For the Southern their part of the globe actually moves away from the sun, hence the decreased light.
