Autumnal Equinox
Equal night and day
We turn the corner
on another season.
Our daylight loss becomes now
The southern hemisphere’s gain.
Passing out of Virgo constellation now,
The Autumnal equinox promenades
Through the zodiacal round every 26 thousand years.
Ages roll, civilizations rise,
Fall and reappear
Not a blink of an eye though,
As the spirit gauges time.
Time weakens, decays.
Spirit exceeds form, defies time.
Form dies, vanishing to
The nothingness from whence it came.
Time dies, cracks the shell of mortality.
Reborn is the emergent,
Irrepressible, undying One.
Reflected in a trillion trillion sea spray droplets.
I AM is One. One I AM. You, I, and All.
The Sun will burn a 100 billion years yet.
Yet spirit knows not time,
Not sadness, not loss.
It abides through out all.
Temporarily contained, captured in trance, circumstance
Eternity is its field
King of all Creation.
