“Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell who does not have the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom: let him who hath understanding reckon the number of the beast, for it is a human number. Its number is six threescore six.” Revelation 13:16-18
There you have it, the number of the beast according to the Bible; today’s date by a kind of numerology signifies that. Without getting into some drawn out religious explanation it doesn’t take long to conclude that we live in an “evil” place.
Wars, epidemics, economic hardship, hatred, slavery, etc.; all of these things can be avoided through enlightened leadership and the world in general choosing to imitate a Godly example. But these things don’t happen.
If people knew better they would do better of course. Maybe the Beast and the Antichrist spoken of in the Bible represent a force that is out in the world. In Hinduism these forces would be called maya, illusion; they regard it as impersonal lower spiritual energy tendency.
It’s already here, and it’s been here through all history. Someday the “end” of the old world will come. Our swords will hammered into plowshares. But the key to it all will be when that force is eradicated or otherwise transformed into a higher thing.
Interestingly on this day is a unique combination of “dark” planets (Mars biquintile Pluto) and “light” planets (Sun biquintile Jupiter) as have been already delineated in Astro-Success. Maybe if we take a look at the world today with its astrology (and date numerology) a few things will be revealed to us about the nature of the world and the world to come.
